The delivery of radiation therapy is complex and involves tasks performed by physicians, nurses, therapists, dosimetrists and physicists.  Many of these individuals will become apparent as you have treatment, however, there are also many people that work behind the scenes. The cost of radiation therapy is similar to other specialized treatments.  Most insurance companies will cover the cost of the radiation therapy.  If you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not appear on our list, our centers will do our best to work with you.  We want to provide you the best care possible.

The bills you receive will depend upon the treatment center at which you are treated. For example, if you are treated at one of our hospital-based treatment centers, you will receive two separate bills.  You will receive a bill from Radiation Oncology Consultants for the physician services provided.  You will also receive a bill from the treatment center where treatment was received.
